People rightly arguing against the horror of octopus farming are, whether they realise it or not, arguing against all sentient animal agriculture.

We just need to open our eyes and minds to see clearly - then care and act. It can be done. Millions are doing it.

In all the fields I work in, I now see empiricism swamped by wishful thinking, and real scandals drowned out by empty conspiracy theories.
The world is dividing between those who accept evidence and those who reject it. I fear that the first group is becoming a minority.
